La Neuville British Cemetery is west of the village of Corbie on the Somme in France, 15 kilometres south-west of Albert and approximately 23 kilometres due east of Amiens.
Private John Collins died on the 5th September 1916 and is buried in Plot II, Row B, Grave 66.
The cemetery was opened in July 1916 during the Battles of the Somme. Most of the burials took place in the period July 1916 to March 1917, although a few were added during the 1918 fighting on the Somme. 821 British soldiers rest here, along with 21 Australians, 24 South Africans and 30 Germans.
