These are public open spaces owned by the Parish Council. There is a Village Green Committee run by volunteers who administer these recreational spaces on behalf of the Parish Council.

Situated in the Community Centre by the Library, the Coffee Shop provides a venue to meet friends, have a chat and sample the delicious home-made goodies to eat in comfortable surroundings, or to take away. Every Saturday 10.00 am to 12.30 pm
The village's monthly magazine, The Woodcote Correspondent is edited, produced and distributed by volunteers from the village. It is an A4 sized publication, running to 32 pages in most months. Each issue includes colour photographs of people and events which have taken place in Woodcote, or nearby.

Woodcote Volunteers is a ‘Good Neighbour’ Scheme offering help for the elderly, disabled etc and for those without transport who cannot use public transport.
