Lunch Club

A Lunch Club is held every Monday in the Lion's Den at Woodcote Community Centre, from 12.30 p.m. until 3.00 p.m. The aim of the lunch club is to provide a two-course meal, and to offer companionship to those who have retired and who wish to get out more and make new friends and acquaintances.

The room can accommodate 24 people only for each lunch and the cost of the meal is £3.50 per person. Bookings can be made by calling Michelle at Halarose on 01491 682120, between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, or emailing her at michelle.callan@halarose.co.uk at any time.

The catering is kindly arranged by Langtree School which will be preparing and serving the meals. Some of the pupils at the school to provide some entertainment for those at the lunches. If you come to the lunch, please bring your £3.50 with you.
